Passionate about travel, culture, and social impact, we’ve spent years working closely with grassroots initiatives and projects that amplify local voices and generate real change. We’ve seen how transformative experiences can bridge worlds, shift perspectives, and create new opportunities.

Impackers is our way of bringing together what we love: connecting people, creating meaningful encounters, and building a more inclusive and conscious world. 

We chose Barcelona as our starting point, a city full of diversity and stories, with the goal of expanding to Brazil and beyond
