Duelo de Sabores

Duelo de Sabores is an interactive and collaborative cooking challenge that brings together guest chefs from diverse nationalities to celebrate culture through food. Participants cook in teams, explore traditional and contemporary flavors, and learn directly from chefs who share their techniques, stories, and culinary heritage.

After the cooking session, each team presents its dish to a panel of guest judges, highlighting the inspiration behind the recipe and the cultural elements that shaped it. The judges evaluate the dishes based on creativity, presentation, storytelling, and teamwork.
